To extract data from the system an 
button is available on most screens. Information exporting from Valid8 comes in two forms, Excel and PDF Files. Below are the list of exports that are stored for download on the Export screen.
- Generated from the Reconcile screen
- Statement Gaps (GAP); Excel Format
- Generated from the Transactions screen
- Bank Transactions (TXN); Excel Format
- Bank Transactions and Matched Item Details (TXN-M); Excel Format
- Bank Transactions and All Item Details (TXN-A); Excel Format
- Daily Account Balances (BAL); Excel Format
- Financial Activity Report (FAR); PDF Format
Note, some screens allow a Excel CSV export of the data. These exports are not stored in the system but instead are downloaded directly to your local machine.
