The Export Screen is where all system exports can be downloaded.
These are the main actions available on the Export screen:
- Filtering Export Files
- Downloading Export Files
- Deleting Export Files
- Viewing the Filters used at the time the output file was created
- Common Report Errors
Filtering Export Files
Using the Filter box at the top of the screen you can filter out the results on the Export Grid. The filter works on the Name and Created By fields.
TXN will filter by all the Banking Activity files (with or without Matched Items). You can use TXN-M, TXN-A, GAP, BAL and FAR to also filter by Type.
Downloading Export Files
Clicking the download icon for each report will download that report onto your local machine. Typically the download can be found at the bottom of the browser. Clicking on the file name will open up the file (in either Excel or your default PDF reader). Alternatively it can be found in your default downloads option on your machine (normally the Downloads folder).
Deleting Export Files
Clicking the delete icon for each report will delete that report from the Exports grid.
Viewing the Filters used at the time the export file was created
Clicking the filter icon for each report will open a window which details the filters used to create this report. Filters can be on:
- Dates
- Accounts
- Entities
- Transaction Amounts
A summary of the filters that were used is shown on the grid.
Common Report Errors
The Status column for a generated report will indicate Error if the report fails to run. Here are the common reasons for a report failure and how to rectify these:
- Error on Daily Account Balances. For this report to generate it needs to have all transactions fall within the start and end dates of the statement the transaction belongs to.
