Statement Gaps (GAP) Report

This report details all the gaps in statements for your accounts. The listing of gaps is designed to be used to send to related parties to get the statements to fill the gaps.

Report Details

Statement Gap Reports will generate as an excel file named as follows:

• GAP_[Engagement Name]_[Date and Time Report Generated]

The sheets for the report are:

• Grouped by Account
  • You can filter by GAP TYPE of:
    • Prior to - showing for each account, the dates prior to the first date of the account to the date of the earliest statement across all accounts.
    • Gap - showing for each account any dates where there is missing statements.
    • After - showing for each account, the dates after the last date of the account to the the date of the latest statement across all accounts
• List
  • This sheet is the full list of gaps unfiltered.
