Choosing an Account Type

You're setting up an account and need to know which Acct Type to assign when creating or editing the account itself.

Which Acct Type to set on the account

When you create or edit an account (via the + button on the Bank Statements tile, or by editing an existing account), the Acct Type dropdown offers exactly four choices:

  • Checking
  • Savings
  • Credit Card
  • Brokerage

That is the complete list a customer can choose from. If your real-world account doesn't match one of the four available types, you have to pick the closest fit and accept the limitations that come with it.
