Excel and Visualization Exports
Valid8 provides multiple export options from the Bank Transactions window, including four Excel reports and the ability to export visualization charts as SVG images. Excel exports capture transaction data at varying levels of detail, while visualization exports allow you to save filtered chart views for use in reports and documentation. The rows included in any Excel export reflect the filters active on the transaction screen at the time of export.

Tips & Common Questions
- Filters affect export output. Always verify your active filters before exporting — only the rows visible on screen will be included in the Excel file.
- SVG exports are ideal for court exhibits. The image export captures exactly what is displayed in the visualization, making it useful for documentation and legal exhibits.
- Four Excel exports, four use cases. Use Bank Transactions for a clean transaction list, the matched/all items variants when check image details are needed, and Daily Account Balances for balance trend analysis.
- There is also a Financial Activity Report. The transcript references a separate training module for this export — refer to that article for full details.
