Loading Accounting Extracts is a multi-step process. The first step involves selecting the Import Options:
- Accounting System - select the Accounting system from the list of available ERP products. Check the List of Accounting Systems supported.
- Admin Access - select who has access to the ERP system selected. If you have access the next step will involve you logging in. If it's your client who has access the next step sends them an email for them to log in.
- If your client has access to the system it will ask for their First and Last Name along with their Email address.
- If you have a backup file (rather than system access), select this option.
- Verification Date Range (Start and End dates) - enter the time period you want to verify with statement data. These dates will be stored and shown when you go to run the Match: Cash Bank process.
Once you have entered all the options (Verification dates are optional) then click Next.
The next step depends on what you chose for the Admin Access option:
- If you have access to the system you will be prompted to log into the Accounting System you selected.
- For Online ERP systems the login page will automatically be presented. Enter your user and password and select the company you are extracting.
- For Desktop systems a connector will be downloaded. Install that (found in your downloads folder) and then enter your user and password and select the company you are extracting.
- If you do not have access, but your client has access into the system an email will be sent to them for them to complete the login process and extract the information.
- If you selected you have a backup file, upload that file to the system.
At the end of the Accounting Extracts process the system will prompt you to update your Statements.
