Do you support landscape and portrait orientation for bank statements?
Yes, the system handles bank statements loaded in either format. In fact, it supports documents that change between orientation mid document.
Do you support bank statements that have been written on, or redacted?
Yes, these can be loaded into the system. If the OCR process is unable to read key data (like beginning and ending statement balances or dates, or transaction details) our reconciliation process allows you to manually correct what the OCR process can not read.
What happens if I load check images as part of the Bank Statements upload? Will these be processed?
No, if you want check images to be processed the file has to be separately loaded as Check Images. Non bank statement pages, like advertising pages, or check images will be ignored when bank statement processing is performed.
