Logging into the system for the first time

Follow these steps for new users

Verifying your new VALID8 Account

Before you log into the system for the first time you will need to reset your password. An email will be sent from the system, indicating for you to confirm your account.

The email from Valid8 Support (support@valid8financial.com) will look like this:

Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your main inbox. Click the Confirm my account link on the email which will take you to the login screen below.

Click the NEXT button, which will open up the following screen:

Click the Reset Your Password link, then click the SEND EMAIL > button. A Password Reset email will be sent from support@valid8financial.com confirming your password change request.

Follow the click here link to take you to the Change Password dialogue.

Enter your new password, confirm and click the > button to continue. You will be returned to the login screen where you can now login to the system with your username and the new password you have just set.

 

Problem Shooting

I have not received the invitation email, what do i do?

The email will be sent from support@valid8financial.com. Depending on your spam filters, it may end up in your junk box. Review your spam and junk folders. If you still can not find the email, contact support.

When i click the Confirm my account link on the email, I get an Authentication Error?

If you receive this error, the welcome email has expired. Please request a new welcome email via support.

How long doe the welcome email last before the invitation expires?

Welcome emails expire after 5 days. If this happens to you, contact your Customer Admin user (or Valid8 Support) and they will send you a new invite.
