- Transaction Range: Multiple ranges can be added to filter the transactions by amounts. You can filter by absolute amounts by using the '=' or use greater than '>' or less than '<'. Absolute amounts can also be filtered by selected that checkbox.
- Flow: To filter only by inflow or outflows select the appropriate checkbox.
- Date Range: To filter transactions by date enter in a start and/or end date.
- Accounts: To filter by account(s) select the appropriate checkbox on the accounts you want to view.
To run the filter(s) you have configured click the button. Click the
button to clear all filters.

Managing Extended Columns
Valid8 has provided 12 additional columns for you to extend the data that has come from the original evidence. The two buttons allow you to manage these columns through the Valid8 system.
- Add Manage Data Viz Col
- 3 columns are provided so transactions can be categorized. The visual representation of the categorization as well as showing money flowing between accounts (transfer matches) can be found on the Visualizations tab.
Row Actions
When do transactions show on the Transaction screen and are available to be searched against?
- When a statement period is assigned to an Account, all transactions for that statement period will now show on the Transactions Screen. Whether that account is reconciled or unreconciled does not restrict transactions showing up here.
- That means transactions from a To Assign statement are not searchable, but transactions from either To Reconcile or Reconciled statements are.
