      User Types for Engagements

      Two types of user access

      • Engagement Users - this user can see all the data in the system, but not update the data. Essentially a read-only user. Engagement Users have the ability to:
        • View Accounts, Statements, Transactions and Cash Flows
        • Export Transactions and Balances
      • Engagement Owners - this user can see and action data in the system. Engagement Owners have the ability to:
        • View Accounts, Statements, Transactions, Transfers and Cash Flows
        • Add and update Accounts
        • Upload Statements (manually or via API)
        • Reconcile Statements
        • Export Transactions and Balances
        • Manage Transaction Categories
        • View and approve Transfers
