Supported Cash Journals (From ERP Vendors)
List of the supported reports that come directly from ERP systems that can be instantly loaded into Valid8
QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Account QuickReport (Example)
- Details: Report that allows you to instantly pull up all transactions and account balances for a specific account.
- Accessibility: You can access it by navigating to your Chart of Accounts, clicking on the targeted account and selecting the Action "Run Report" or "QuickReport" from the options.
- Formats: Valid8 supports the CSV, XLSX and PDF versions of this report. Google Sheets version is not supported.
- Options: Supports standard format (shown in Example link above), and allows 3 additional columns to be added, Account Type, Payment Method and Transaction ID
- General Ledger List (Example)
- Details: Report that lists transaction details, subtotaled by each account on your chart of accounts.
- Note, Accounts should be filtered by Distribution Account - selecting Bank or Credit Cards accounts only before importing.
- Accessibility: You can access it by navigating to the Reports menu and searching on General Ledger List.
- Formats: Valid8 currently supports the CSV version of this report. PDF, XLSX and Google Sheets versions are not supported.
- Note, this is not the General Ledger report, but the General Ledger List report
- Details: Report that lists transaction details, subtotaled by each account on your chart of accounts.
