What is a Cash Journal Extract
A cash journal extract is a report of cash transactions that have been extracted from an Accounting System. It will show transactions like receipts, disbursements and adjustments pulled from a company's main cash journal. A Cash Journal will generally be for a single account and cover a date range.
Why load Cash Journals as Evidence
The data from cash journals (ERP systems) can be matched to bank statements to ensure financial accuracy and catch discrepancies. This is known as Cash Match.
Load Process

Select the file(s) you want processed either by clicking the Select files.. button or dragging the files onto that button.

Once they have finished the preload into Valid8, the Next button will be enabled.

Click Next

Then click Start Extraction.
